Mr Mark Alexander, President of SA Rugby, paid tribute to Mr Schalk Liebenberg, a former member of SA Rugby’s Exco and a former president of the KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Union, who sadly passed away earlier on Friday, at the age of 67.
