The two sides clash at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein on Sunday, 27 December.
Specman returns from injury and Fortuin slots into the pivot with Frans Steyn moving back to inside centre, where he replaces Howard Mnisi. Steyn started at No. 10 and Mnisi at No. 12 in last weekend’s win over the Phakisa Pumas, but coach Hawies Fourie opted for Fortuin, who played off the bench last weekend and Mnisi set to add finishing power this weekend.
Specman comes in for Duncan Saal, while in an injury-enforced move, Oupa Mohoje starts at flank in place of Aidon Davids who picked up a calf injury in the Mbombela Stadium.
Conraad van Vuuren, who started his provincial career in Bloemfontein in 2016 before moving to Pretoria the next year, is back in the white jersey as tighthead cover.
